Built for healthcare.
Focused on what matters.

Opus Health gives independent hospitals and health systems the operational capabilities of a much larger system — without giving up their independence.

Why We Exist

The financial pressures facing independent healthcare organizations aren’t new. What’s new is the pace and the stakes.

Margins are being compressed by reimbursement changes. Technology is advancing faster than any single organization can adopt it. The default answer — consolidation — means surrendering the independence that community hospitals exist to preserve.

Opus Health was founded in 2025 with a different answer. We are a Cleveland-based, female-owned, technology-enabled managed services company built to serve independent and community health systems — in the midwest first, then nationally. Our conviction: independent healthcare organizations perform best when they have the operational infrastructure to back up their mission. They shouldn’t have to build it alone.

Our Approach

Core operational functions perform best when they are aligned, not siloed — and when the people and technology supporting them are accountable for outcomes, not just activity.

We built a consortium model: rather than serving organizations one at a time, we bring independent hospitals into a shared platform — giving each member access to consortium-scale technology and expertise while preserving their independence and governance.

Our strategic alliance with enGen — the proven administrative operating company behind Allegheny Health Network and Highmark BCBS — gives the consortium access to global operational capacity validated at scale. Our technology roadmap includes AI-powered data processing and agentic workflow automation that will continue expanding what the platform delivers over time.

Our Strategic Partnerships

At Opus Health, our strategic alliances, including our collaboration with enGen, enable us to deliver scalable, efficient, and innovative healthcare management solutions. These partnerships help us provide reliable services like revenue cycle management, EHR management, and cybersecurity, ensuring our clients achieve optimal operational performance and improved patient care.

  • Integrated delivery — administrative functions as a connected system, not isolated silos
  • Shared risk — compensation tied to outcomes we commit to in writing
  • People-first transition — your staff come with us, rather than being replaced
  • Ohio-built — headquartered in Cleveland, committed to the communities we serve here
