Alliance combines Opus Health’s provider‑led consortium model with enGen’s proven platform to reduce operating expense and modernize critical administrative functions enabling hospitals and providers to achieve critically needed transformation.
CLEVELAND, OH and PITTSBURGH, PA – January 13, 2026 – Opus Health and enGen today announced a strategic alliance to deliver a new managed services model for health systems and provider organizations seeking to materially reduce administrative operating expenses and improve performance while modernizing core non‑clinical functions. Opus Health was formed to give these providers a novel opportunity to join a consortium that shares scale, talent, and technology for mission‑critical administrative services.
Since 2014, enGen has developed and leveraged a successful global delivery model as part of its comprehensive administrative services. enGen has become integral to the operations and success of its parent enterprise’s provider operations, delivering a significant portion of total revenue cycle, IT, data, and platform services that have supported provider growth.
Through this new strategic relationship, enGen will be the preferred global operations partner to Opus Health. Opus will lead partnerships with targeted provider organizations and health systems, engaging and coordinating the U.S.-based workforce, governance, and local accountability, while enGen will provide global delivery capacity, technology development resources, and deep wealth of provider operating expertise.
“Hospitals are facing unprecedented challenges that threaten their ability to serve their communities. Opus Health was built by hospital operators who understand that scale, integrated operational know-how, and shared investment are now essential to running high‑performing admin functions,” said Julie Jacono, Founder and CEO Opus Health Executive. “By teaming with enGen, Opus can offer health systems and provider organizations access to the same class of administrative platform without requiring them to build it alone.”
“As health systems face mounting margin pressure and workforce constraints, they need partners that bring both proven operations and the flexibility to fit local strategy,” said Maynd Jolly, CFO and SVP of Client Executive, Growth, & Partnerships. “Our collaboration with Opus Health extends the model we’ve refined to other providers, combining Opus’s provider‑led consortium approach with enGen’s global, technology‑enabled operating platform.”
Together, Opus Health and enGen aim to create a scalable platform that allows participating health systems and provider organizations to scale AI and automation through the consortium, significantly lower unit costs for core administrative functions, redeploy local talent to higher‑value work, and reinvest savings into clinical care, access, and community health.
